How to reset your password

If you forget your Lead Manager password you can reset it yourself by navigating to your company's login page. Lead Manager stores your password in an encrypted format and therefore does not know your password and can not simply provide it to you. Please follow the steps outlined below to reset your password and re-gain access to your Lead Manager account.


Step 1: Navigate to your company's login page. The address is made up of your company name and is usually https://company-name.usearea.com. If you don't know your company's login address please ask a colleague who has access to Lead Manager to provide it to you. They will be able to see the login address in their web browser's address bar. 


Step 2: Below the login form you should see a link labeled "Forgot your password?". When you click that link you will be asked for your registered email address (which is likely to be your work email). 


Step 3: You will receive an email with a unique one-time link to select a new password. If you do not instantly receive an email please wait up to 10 minutes to ensure the email is delivered to you. If you still do not receive an email please double-check you are entering your correct email address that is registered on your account.


Step 4: You can now enter a new password for your account.


Step 5: You can now login again at your company's login page.


Important: The ability to reset your own password is configured by your account administrator. If you do not see the link mentioned in Step 2 please contact your account administrator (i.e. your operations manager) to reset your password from the administrator settings from inside their Lead Manager dashboard.
