Why does it say my branch is closed and I can't take leads?

Lead Manager has a schedule associated with each team (i.e. branch) which is mapped to your branch's operating hours. These schedules ensure that SLAs (service level targets) are correctly calculated and to ensure no one takes leads unfairly at odd hours of the night.


It is possible that your team's schedule is misconfigured if your branch's operating hours have changed and/or due to bank holidays. Please contact us if you believe your Lead Manager team should actually be open and enabled.


Unless you have a manager role or additional permissions you may not be able to take or action leads outside of your team's schedule. If you believe you should be able to do this (e.g. you are a manager allocating leads outside operating hours) please contact your account administrator.
