Why did I receive a lead via email instead of on the dashboard?

Lead Manager has a complex system that process leads from different sources (e.g. Rightmove and your website). On rare occasions, Area may not be able to process a lead and to ensure it's not missed the system will automatically redirect it to your team's email address. 


Leads redirected by Lead Manager:

If an email has been redirected by Lead Manager you will see a header in the email with this information. If you believe the lead should have been processed by Lead Manager then please contact us.


Leads bypassing Area:

If you do not see a header with information stating the lead was redirected, it's likely that the source (e.g. portal or website) has sent a lead to you directly rather than to your Lead Manager inbox email addresses. Please ask your account administrator to send them the instructions found in Settings > Teams.
