Why can't I complete some actions?

Lead Manager has a concept of user roles and permissions. A standard user account has basic access to actions such as taking a lead during business hours, making initial contact and closing the lead off in the system. Users with manager or director permissions may have access to more actions.


If your colleagues have access to actions that you think you should have access to, please contact the person who manages your user accounts to ensure you have the correct role and permissions set.
