At the moment, search is limited to the section of Area you are in. Therefore, if you want to search by customer details (e.g. customer name, email, phone or address) you must be in the customer's section; to search by lead data (e.g. property details or lead message) you must be in leads section. We are looking at improving search in the near term to allow you to search across all sections from all search bars.
